Cedric M. Singleton is the Founder and Owner of Peak Performance Leadership Institute, a leadership development and performance consulting firm focused on helping individuals and organizations achieve sustainable excellence.
Cedric’s career journey began as an Armor Officer in the U.S. Army before transitioning into a distinguished corporate career spanning more than three decades. Following his military service, he joined Abbott Laboratories, where he spent 27 years in progressive executive leadership roles across sales, marketing, and commercial operations. During his tenure, Cedric and his teams were consistently recognized for high performance, revenue growth, and commercial excellence.
His success at Abbott led to executive recruitment by Carrier Global, where he was appointed Global Director of Commercial Revenue Operations. Under Cedric’s leadership, the organization experienced transformational growth—doubling annual revenue from $615 million to $1.2 billion in just three years.
Now fully transitioned into entrepreneurship, Cedric leads Peak Performance Leadership Institute, delivering keynote speeches, leadership workshops, executive coaching, and sales enablement programs worldwide. He is a three-time international bestselling author, a recognized international speaker, and a Certified Trainer, Coach, and Speaker with the John Maxwell Team.
